In 1993 the Myers Chocolate Co. located in Cambridge Ohio filled two candy containers, an Airplane and a Automobile made by Boyd Crystal Art Glass Co. They inserted a small bag of candies held in by a cellophane tape which had a list of ingredients printed on it.

In 2006 Bernard Boyd, the owner decided to make some glass candy containers. Only a small quantity were made since they were very time consuming to make. Each container came with a plastic bag of candy and a cardboard closure. The containers Bernard filled were the Boyd Taxi, Dog Scottie, Horse Taffy, Mable the Cow and an Airplane.

The ad at the left shows the two containers (Taxi and Airplane) filled in 1993.

Bernard Boyd ceased operation in 2014 and has sold off his molds after removing his markings. No glass is being produced.
